Skincare Benefits of Lavender:

Supports cell regeneration for mature skin
Antibacterial and gentle for breakouts or inflammation
Feels and smells lovely in mists, masks, and oils
Self-Care Uses:
Diffuse or spritz for instant relaxation
Add to a warm bath or foot soak
Use in your journaling space for focus and emotional grounding
Let lavender invite you to breathe deeper, move slower, and rest well.
